Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Orders will be confirmed by E-mail prior to shipment. 
Accepted forms of payment, in $US funds only, include:
US Postal money order, personal check, certified check or credit card. 
(Visa, MC, Discover... Please note that E-mailing your credit card information is NOT recommended). 
Personal checks are happily accepted but require 7 business days for bank processing before shipment. 
For merchandise shipped to Idaho or Washington, ADD 5% Idaho or 8% Washington state sales tax. For exempt sales to Idaho or Washington please send tax information on the following tax exemption form.

Items will be shipped by UPS ground or US Mail. Customer will be informed of shipping charges at time of order confirmation. Minimum shipping and handling charges in the continental US are $4.50 (Priority Mail, insured up to $50). Customer may order alternative shipping. Shipping outside of the US will be determined separately.

Payment must be received prior to shipment. All items are sold as-is. We reserve the right to decline any order. Upon receipt of merchandise, if you are not satisfied, customer agrees to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and ship the item within 3 business days of receipt in unaltered condition, freight prepaid-insured. Customer must first communicate with The Antiquer to receive an RMA. At its option, The Antiquer will refund the purchase price less freight charges. Breakage or loss in shipment will be adjusted under the terms required by the carrier. Orders and inquiries may also be placed by telephone. Thank you.
